Clean-up toolkits become a reality

Doing clean-ups is NO easy task! The bags are heavy and the environment is often smelly and dangerous.  Supporting clean-ups with clean-up bags is important but supporters wanted to find more ways to support the organisations doing this hard work.
Our new CLEAN-UP TOOLKIT Initiative aims to reach as many clean-up teams as possible to ensure that they receive toolkits containing refuse bags, rakes, spades, gloves and gumboots.
Thanks to the generosity of sponsors such as ARMSA (the Association of Rotational Moulders of SA), Southern African Vinyls Association – SAVA, BBF Safetygroup, Neptun Boot and EPR Waste Association of South Africa(eWASA) as well as the companies sponsoring the bright yellow refuse bags that you will see at most clean-ups around the country.
This week, toolkits were handed over to 5 clean-up groups identified in Gauteng and Mpumalanga.  Four groups have received their toolkits already, viz. @Hennops River Revival, Cetric Foundation, the Envirocare Thembisa team  and Lovemore Foundation.
