Petco Producer Responsibility Organisation NPC has released the second season of their collection and recycling docu-series. This year, Petco embarked on a journey across South Africa, where they engaged with different individuals in the collection and recycling value chain.

They met with buy-back centre owners, a municipality, a label manufacturer, a recycling plant, and collectors, who gave them a glimpse into the inner workings of the collection and recycling industry.

Through this experience, the series aims to illustrate the intricacies of building a circular economy within the collection and recycling value chain, emphasizing the critical role consumers can play by collecting and sorting their recyclables from general waste.
