The 2023 Clean-up and Recycle SA Week will be launched at a Premier Community Service event, hosted by CleanCitySA on Mandela Day, 18 July 2023 at Constitution Hill, Braamfontein. We would like to invite organizations and their employees to participate in this well-organized, safe, and secure community service event!

The event is also a fundraising opportunity for Clean City SA, an award-winning community-based organization, to support its work to protect the environment from waste pollution and fight hunger in communities.

The highlights of the Event include an inner-city clean-up, the Clean-up and Recycle SA week launch, food, tree planting, exhibitions, talks, history museum tours, and music. The event will start at 8 am and finish at 4 pm and will attract between 500 – 650 participants.
